Hotel Spiti lived up to its claim of being a 3-star establishment, meeting the expected standards. Accommodation and Aesthetics: During my recent visit to Mathura, I chose Hotel Spiti for an 11-hour stay. Despite the rental policy of charging for a full day, the hotel's beauty and aesthetic appeal made up for it. Polite Staff and Assistance: The majority of the staff members were polite and offered helpful assistance throughout my stay, enhancing the overall experience. Comfortable Stay: While the rooms may not have been large, they provided a super comfortable environment. The AC, TV, and water heater all functioned perfectly, contributing to a hassle-free stay. Peaceful Environment: I experienced no disturbances from the staff or otherwise, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. Pricing Consideration: Although I found the hotel slightly overpriced, it didn't detract significantly from the overall pleasing experience.

The Hotel staff is very courteous. Location is very perfect. Reception Manager Mr. Digambar was very pleased and helpful. 10 mins from station with auto. Thanks a lot for the pleasant and affordable stay.

We stayed for one night here on Oct 7th. We really appreciate the attitude of the staff members. Our daughter (toddler) slipped while climbing the bed and hit her head on the corner of the coffee table (severe bleeding). The staff member took me with my daughter on his bike to the nearby clinic and also paid for the treatment since I did not carry my wallet at that time. All members are caring. The room was really thought out in terms of amenities. Everything was working fine. Service is prompt as well. The restaurant (LOFT) food is really good. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future. The location is also good as you will easily find an auto or tuk-tuk there without much hassle.

Worst hotel ever I had seen in my life. Drainage smell came in room or u enter to hotel and even there was kitty party was there they sound like hell. Breakfast was included as we selected but there is no buffet breakfast as they give option and we have to select and say what we will have in food, never show such type of hotels. Even room floor was so sticky Will not recommend these hotel to any one

Good hotel. Location might seem not good initially, but inside it is a really nice set up. Food was very tasty and staff were pleasant. A good option to stay. One star off only for the water quality, which was salty and hard.

Room quality up to mark and hygiene well maintained. Restaurant is more interesting due to its interior and food taste is delicious....over all a comfortable and safe stay here.

Best hotel i have stay in. Provides all necessary services and facilities. Has an in house restaurant which provides the best aloo paratha. Staff and reception guy both we’re well spoken. Will surely stay here if i visit again.
